– Shares should be held since June 15, 2025 (Cut off date – which is set based on the estimated timeline of filing of the DRHP). This date can be revised by the company.

– OFS Deadline: April 27, 2026.
– Costs: If you’re taking part in the IPO you will bear the fees of BRLM, Legal, Marketing and intermediaries in proportion to the offered shares sold by you.
