➡️Revenue from Operations increased this quarter by 27% to stand at ₹4,968Cr .
The segment reporting of operating revenue for Q4FY26 was as follows:-

1) Trading Services: ₹4,554 (₹3,553 in Q3)
2) Clearing Services: ₹490 (₹410 in Q3)
3) Other Segments: ₹169 (₹165 in Q3)

The increase in revenue this quarter was primarily due to increase in Trading and clearing services.

➡️ Total expenses increased by ~₹380 Cr for Q4FY26 to stand at ₹1,486 Cr this was primarily due to a substantial increase in other expenses. These expenses include a SEBI settlement fee of ₹84 Cr, CSR of ₹223Cr and other expenses of ₹233 Cr.

➡️The Operational standalone revenue has increased by 28% on a Q-o-Q basis.

➡️The Standalone PAT for Q4 stood at ₹2,503 Cr (₹2,603 Cr in Q3).

➡️ Transaction charges breakdown FY26:
Options – 77%
Cash market – 12%
Futures – 10%
Others – 1%

➡️Operating EBITDA margins stood at 73% for Q4FY26.

➡️The core SGF stood at ₹13,026 cr as on March 31, 2026.

➡️ NSE has a market share of 73% in Equity Options , Cash market share stood at 93% and Futures stood at 100% as of Q4FY26.

➡️ In Q4FY26 NSE average daily volumes in Equity options Grew by 43% QoQ , Equity futures grew by 17% QoQ, Cash market grew by 21% QoQ and currency derivatives grew by 25% QoQ

➡️ NSE accounted for a global market share of 15.30% based on the number of listings in CY25

➡️ The board of directors of NSE have recommended a final dividend of ₹35 per equity share for FY26

➡️During the year NSE has sold 9% stake in NSDL which resulted in a pre tax gain of ₹1,200 Cr
