-Professional Clearing Membership (PCM) Service – ₹21.32 Cr (PY: ₹12.65 Cr)

-Registrar and Transfer Agent (RTA) Service – ₹2.45 Cr (PY: ₹0.94 Cr)

-Interest on Bank Deposits – ₹325.23 Cr (PY: ₹282.81 Cr)

-Interest income on bonds and Government securities – ₹3.58 Cr (PY: ₹3.86 Cr)

➡️ Total Expenses rose by ₹41 crore on a Y-o-Y basis, primarily on account of higher finance costs and employee benefit expenses.

➡️ Assets under custody stood at ₹1,42,569.15 crore as on March 31, 2025, reflecting a 15.5% Y-o-Y growth, with an active custody client base exceeding 4,800.

➡️ The company maintained a market share of over 90% in the institutional commodities segment on MCX in 2025.

➡️ The Board of Directors has recommended a dividend of ₹1.8 per equity share (Previous Year: ₹1), subject to approvals.

➡️ The Annual General Meeting of the company will be held on 30th September, 2025 at 3:00 p.m.
