📑 KEY HIGHLIGHTS – Q1FY26
➡️ Revenue from Operations increased on a Q-o-Q basis due to a net gain on fair value changes. On a Y-o-Y basis, revenue rose by ~₹48 crore, primarily driven by higher fees and commission income.
➡️ Total expenses decreased on a Q-o-Q basis, mainly due to lower employee benefit expenses.
➡️ The Board recommended a final dividend of ₹15 per equity share for the financial year ended March 31, 2025, which was approved by the shareholders on August 18, 2025.
