📑 *KEY HIGHLIGHTS – Q1FY26*
➡️There was an increase in Total Income because of an increase in interest income by ₹13.12 Cr on a q-o-q basis.
➡️There was a decrease in Total Expenses on account of lower impairment cost on a q-o-q basis.
➡️The Gross NPA stands at 2.33% and Net NPA stands at 1.56% for the quarter. Both the metrics were higher as compared to the previous quarter.
➡️As of the end of Q1 FY26, the Company’s Debt-to-Equity ratio stood at 2.26
➡️During the quarter, the Company raised equity capital amounting to ₹700.28 crore through a private placement to external investors, by issuing 1,91,03,761 equity shares at a price of ₹366.42 per share. Additionally, it raised ₹101.50 crore through a preferential allotment of 28,39,785 partly paid equity shares to its promoters at the same price.
➡️The Book Value Per Share (BVPS) based on this is ₹185.40 on a standalone basis taking a shares outstanding of 9,20,99,991 (including recent funding).
