📑 KEY HIGHLIGHTS – Q1FY26
➡️There was an increase in Total Income because of a Gain on derecognition of financial instruments. Interest income decreased q-o-q by ~₹35Cr.
➡️There was an increase in Total Expenses on account of higher finance cost and impairment cost on a q-o-q basis.
➡️The Gross NPA stands at 5.65% and Net NPA stands at 2.50% for the quarter. Both the metrics were higher as compared to the previous quarter.
➡️The company classifies the CCPS as a financial liability. If they were classified as equity then the PAT for Q1FY26 would be higher by ₹118.5 Cr bringing the PAT to ₹68.78 Cr.
➡️The Debt/Equity ratio of the company is 4.87 (includes CCPS) for the year.
➡️During the quarter the company issued 18,57,135 equity shares at ₹1400 per share on a private placement basis.
