➡️There was an increase in Revenue from Operations because of a ~300Cr increase in the Interest Income and ~13Cr increase in Fee and Commission income.
➡️There was an increase in Total Expenses because of a rise in Finance costs and Impairment of financial instruments.
➡️The Book Value Per Share (BVPS) is ₹82.91 as on Q4FY25 taking a shares outstanding of 393,02,74,643 shares. (Shareholding Post Amalgamation of TMFL).
➡️The Debt/Equity ratio for the company is 6.37x as of March 2025.
➡️The gross NPA stood at 2.33% and Net NPA stood at 0.98% on a standalone basis.
➡️The company allotted 18.39 Cr shares to TMF Holdings who is a shareholder of TMFL as on record date 13th May 2025.
➡️The Board of Directors have recommended a final dividend of Rs. 0.42 per equity share for FY 2024–25.
