The segment reporting of operating revenue for Q4FY25 was as follows:-
1) Trading Services: ₹3,426 (3,975 in Q3)
2) Clearing Services: ₹420 (640 in Q3)
3) Other Segments: ₹145 (153 in Q3)
The decrease in revenue was primarily due to decrease in Trading and Clearing services
➡️The Total standalone revenue has increased by ₹1,571 cr to ₹5,860cr in Q4FY25 from ₹4,289 cr in Q3FY25
This increases primarily due to an increase in other income because of the the subsidiary dividends received by the company
➡️The Standalone PAT has increased by ₹1,749 cr to ₹4,040 cr In Q4FY25 from ₹2,291 cr in Q3FY25
➡️The increase in Total Expenses in Q4FY25 was of ₹103 Cr on a q-o-q basis. This increase was primarily due to decrease in Other expenses
➡️The core SGF stood at ₹12,082 cr as on March 2025
➡️ The company’s market share in the Equity Options stood at 87.4% as of FY25
➡️Operating Profit margin as on Q4FY25 is 70% as compared to 63% in Q4FY24
➡️NSE has declared a dividend of ₹35 per equity share. This includes a special one time dividend of ₹11.46.
