➡Revenue from Operations breakup was as follows:
1) Inland Sales: ₹246.70
2)Export Sales: ₹45.25
The export revenue was ₹53.20 Cr during FY24, and the company has already done ₹45.25 Cr in H1FY25 indicating that there will be a greater sale of their products internationally this year, compared to last.
➡ SAL reported revenue of ₹290.17 crore, a 10.91% increase from ₹261.63 crore in H1FY24. PBILDT margins also
improved to 19.42% in H1FY25, up from 14.75% in the same period last year
➡ The company had issued bonus shares in the ratio of 1:1 on 17th December 2024.
➡Cash and Cash Equivalents as on H1FY25 stood at ₹58.29 Cr.
➡In July, Studds purchased a 100% stake in shares of Bikerz US Inc thus making it a wholly owned subsidiary.
➡ Studds plans to undertake a capacity expansion with an estimated total cost of ~₹55.00 crore, to be funded through internal accruals in the 2-3 years. The company has already invested ~₹10.00 crore in the current fiscal and further plans to spend an additional ₹20 crore in the next fiscal year. Remaining costs are expected to be incurred in FY27 and FY28.
➡The company on 27th March 2025 has refiled its DRHP and will be a complete stake sale of 77.9 lakh shares by the promoter group and other stakeholders.
