➡Revenue from Operations increased by ₹11 Cr Q-o-Q and ₹68 Cr Y-o-Y.
The segment reporting of operating revenue for Q3FY25 was as follows:-
1) Interest Income: â‚ą317 (304 in Q2)
2) Fees & Commission: â‚ą15.71 (19 in Q2)
➡The increase in Total Expenses in Q3FY25 was of ₹16 Cr on a q-o-q basis. This increase was primarily due to increase in finance costs, impairment on financial instruments, employee benefit & other expenses.
➡The Gross NPA of the company stood at 1.90% and the Net NPA is 0.58%. Net NPA showed an improvement on a q-o-q but was higher on a y-o-y basis.
➡The Capital Adequacy Ratio stood at 22.14%.
➡The Debt/Equity stood at 3.31 as on Q3FY25.
➡During the period, the company issued 9,18,274 Series D CCPS.
➡During the quarter the company filed the scheme of arrangement with NCLT and is currently pending approvals. This scheme is amongst Vivriti Capital, Hari and Company Investments Madras Pvt Ltd, Vivriti Asset Management and Vivriti Funds.
