➡Revenue from Operations increased by ₹5.3 Cr Q-o-Q .
The segment reporting of operating revenue for Q3FY25 was as follows:-
1) Interest Income: ₹161 (149 in Q2)
2) Fees & Commission: ₹1.90 (1.31 in Q2)
➡The increase in Total Expenses in Q3FY25 was of ₹14 Cr on a q-o-q basis. This increase was primarily due to increase in finance costs, impairment on financial instruments, employee benefit & other expenses.
➡The Gross NPA of the company stood at 2.11% and the Net NPA is 1.61%. Both the metrics showing an improvement on a q-o-q and a y-o-y basis.
➡The Capital Adequacy Ratio stood at 23.13%.
➡The Debt/Equity stood at 3.48 as on Q3FY25.
➡IKF home finance recorded a revenue of ₹141.28Cr during 9MFY25 as compared to ₹109.71 Cr during 9MFY24.
The PAT stood at ₹20.12 Cr during the 9M as compared to 19.96 a year ago.
The Net Worth as on 9MFY25 is ₹234.06 Cr.
