➡There was a decrease in Revenue from Operations because the interest income decreased by ~₹31 Cr crore and fee and commission by ~₹89 crore as on a Q-o-Q basis. On a Y-o-Y basis, the company showed an increase in Revenue.
➡There was an increase in Total Expenses due to an increase in Finance costs, Employee Benefit, and Other expenses on y-o-y basis. On a Q-o-Q basis, the expenses reduced by ~70Cr.
➡There were total 3 interim dividends in 9MFY25 amounting to ₹413 per equity share.
➡There was an issue of Commercial Paper amounting to ₹30,245 crore by the company during the period.
➡During the 9MFY25, The company has allotted 3,34,287 ESOPS.
